    Not really sure why, but the driver's side window hits major resistance when it's almost closed and the passenger side hits resistance when it's almost all the way open. I had enough and just buttoned it up. That regulator access looked real tight, so I thought i'd save that issue for another...

    Installed these window rubbers. I remember finding them at a swap 10 years back, finally got to it. They had a couple issues.....1 clip at the end didn't line up, had to drill a slot in the door lip.....sucked. The clips for the inside seal were 1/4" to shallow, so had to notch the door panel...

    1977 Silverado wood grain dash bezel with stainless trim

    Assuming the '74 is the same as my '73, it's not stainless. It's a round mylar ribbon that's bonded to the perimeter of the bezel.
