Let’s start from the beginning. Where are you measuring transmission temps from? Is the flow of fluid from transmission to radiator to additional cooler to transmission now? That’s how it should be. How straight are our axles?
That’s not a machined surface it’s as-forged so I wouldn’t think it matters. .065” seems a little high but I don’t know what’s they’re manufactured too. What are you clamping on in the chuck? What does it measure on the ground surfaces?- 1985c20

TBI fuel pump unresponsive
Not necessarily. Look on Rock auto some have plastic clamps some have metal. The cheap ass airtex, plastic. The “gm genuine” has metal. Guess it’s whatever they feel like- 1985c20

They sell oversized drain plugs for fixing stripped plug threads. They cut the thread a little bigger the first time you run it in and you’re good to go. 6.2 L Diesel
What serpentine belt setup are you going with? If it uses the standard Saginaw/“canned ham” style pump then it will work with your booster. Even if it doesn’t have dual returns you can just tee them together. That’s what we did with my buddy’s k10 when we took the 6.2 out and swapped in the 350- 1985c20

Honestly 6.2’s aren’t super desirable and yours needing the starter mount work I think it’s probably only worth core value. Might even get more for it parting it out (heads, injection pump, etc). 79 Silverado - brake issues after lowering
Not sure if you figured this out or not. You said you never disconnected the lines but the picture shows a clearly disconnected line so yes you’ll need to bleed. Other then that double check the entire run of line from the master cylinder to the calipers and see if it’s leaking somewhere...- 1985c20

See if your buddy’s scanner can pull live data and check what the reported coolant temp is. My first guess would be your coolant temp sensor is bad showing a really cold value so your computer is dumping fuel to compensate. That’s why it runs a little better when you disconnect one fuel...- 1985c20

Can you use a meyer ST plow without angling cylinders?
Without the rams hooked up its going to angle whichever way it wants there's nothing stopping movement. You could take them up and fab up some tube the same length and just make it permanently straight or angled if you wanted.
