Does the passenger back work with hazards?
What do the parking lights do? (not using the turn signal)

Always check grounds & bulbs first. Make sure the bulbs are the correct bulbs and they are not bad. (especially the dual filament bulbs)
I'm assuming you are using incandescent bulbs. LEDs can make things a little more confusing .

Might help if you download and look at the wiring for the lights

Running lights on / no blinker : all front bulbs illuminate, rear shows no signs of life

Hazards on : all work

I have also check every single bulb all are in good order with no signs of being burnt or cross contact from duel filaments

And they are all incandescent bulbs and all the grounds seem to be good with good contact as far as I am aware, not really sure though where every single ground is to be honest

Yes I tried led bulbs and they wouldn't blink when lights were on. Lights off blinked lights on no blink. I heard you need another type flasher when using led lights.

Thing is, there is not a single led on this truck, I mean he’ll not even the interior dome and under dash light are led, all old school incandescent

Maybe try a new flasher in the fuse box? If all the grounds look good.

So summarizing-

All turn signal work correctly with park lights off - except passenger tail light.
So passenger tail light does work with hazard with park lights off? Are you 100% sure?
I only ask because it uses the same wiring- the only difference is where the power is being feed from at the turn signal switch.

The problem the park lights are causing with the turn signals is probably another issue.

You are correct, works with hazards but not with turn signal - passenger rear while running lights are off

When running lights are on zero turn signal of any kind works and the tail lights do not illuminate Ethier when running lights / headlights are on

I'm thinking about your tail light first. Then I will think about the park light problem.
do you have a multi-meter?
How about brake lights? They work with and without park lights on ?

As to what I tested yesterday

Brake lights do work when I press the pedal, but I was working with someone on this and they said they looked pretty dim, and tbh I haven’t tested power under circumstance, I need to today, the only thing I tested was ground and the light sockets are grounded with no resistance as far as I am aware

Always good to start by checking your grounds. Check your main grounds. (especially the ones the lights use to get back to the battery)

see attachment.

I didn’t know about the two in the back that go to the right frame rail, when I get home from work I can take a look and see if they are at least there if not in okay shape
