Coil overs vs. Regular shocks

AS mentioned the problem you are going to run into with overload shocks is that the lower mount may be sturdy but the upper mounts on the frame are often the week link. It might not be as bad on the front, and I am not 100 % sure of the difference between 2wd and 4wd upper shock mounts, but if it has a mounting tab on both sides it will probably be semi-ok but if it bolts on like the rear upper shock mount does, with only one point bolted into the frame rail, then it is going to eventually rip out of the frame.

The 2wd is a post up top and a "tab" down bottom. Bottow has netal on both side of shock.
