hey i got a 1987 k 30 crew cab with a Cummins swap in progress :mfr_omg::sorry: so joined to learn about these a little an i had a 83 6.2 when i was 16 so ill be asking alot of questions !!!!!:mfr_omg:

Glad to hear that !! Well my names cody ! I'm a diesel engine meachanic for the navy and at swrmc in San diago ( gutter town ) is what I call it !! Lol I'm from the back woods of no where in Texas small town called Gary close to Carthage lufkin Marshall and that area !! my first truck was a 1983 6.2 4x4 and these body's have always been in my blood so I just got the biggest one they made lol !! And got a good deal for it when I get back home today I'll snap some pics this truck I have is a seriuos surviver !! For real !!

I know people more my age that live in Gary. I used to work for Bush Construction. I know Bob Newman, and a few others. did you ever work for HEB?
