Alignment issues

A couple months ago I had put some 15x14 barts with 33x14.00 boggers on my truck.
I had noticed that on my front right tire it was getting uneven wear on the outside. I had replaced every single bushing in the whole suspension and have had an alignment done to see if that was maybe the problem.

It also will do the same on the left side on the outside but takes a lot longer.

After fixing everything I rotated the tires and just noticed it barely starting to wear bad again. So I’m wanting to fix it before I completely ruin the tires

This is on a 4x4? Can we see pictures of the tire wear as well? I'm suspicious of this "alignment" beyond setting toe. $59.95 won't cover what it really costs a tech to do an actual alignment.

The shop will normally give you a print out that has the before and after numbers. I could use those numbers to help solve this mystery.

This is on a 4x4? Can we see pictures of the tire wear as well? I'm suspicious of this "alignment" beyond setting toe. $59.95 won't cover what it really costs a tech to do an actual alignment.

Is this the area you are referring to? That's pretty far over the flat, I am leaning towards perhaps too low tire pressure along with taking your slow speed cornering too hard for the tire.

It's too bad that you weren't given a before/after print out. Makes it purt near impossible for the shop to defend against the claim they did nothing. Also makes it impossible to make a logical decision about what needs to happen next, you know, not being there to put hands on.

No, Look at the lugs on the tire. You can see how they are worn at an angle instead of straight

I'm sorry, but many 4x4's have a tendency to cup front tires like that. It's common, and comes about because of how the front axles treat things like Steering Axis Inclination compared to cars. The easy, inexpensive remedy is rotation. Often. Ridiculously often with some tire compounds. Even if somehow the 4 wheel alignment was perfect, you will still get that cupping. Big lug tires show it easier than an all season type.

At least, that's how I remember these things working. Discuss. Puff puff pass

Do you think if I got a more roadworthy tire it wouldn’t do that?

Before I made any kind of decision as to what's causing what etc. I'd want see a print so I can decide is this a camber issue,toe?

Or toe, or under inflated to compensate for riding like a square box full of dicks, or actually put some real road miles on tires that are designed for slow of road use and the treads are feathering like they do on all tires but much worse as the void spacing increases.

Call the shop. They should be able to email a pdf, or at minimum text you a picture. I imagine they were able to get it within spec, or they would have tried to sell you the work to get it right.

How does the truck drive otherwise? Does it wander, get twitchy at higher speed, turn in fast or slow, have play, lazy returning to center, etc?

Beyond setting toe and centering steering wheel/box; you’ll be looking at parts to adjust camber and caster. Your axle can be bent beyond what shims or offset ball joints can correct as well.

You're running wide-ass boggers and worried about tire wear??

Srs though, looking at your pictures, that's not "wear", that's cupping. You need to rotate the tires ALOT more. Mud tires always start cupping when they don't get rotated enough. Or you need all terrains. Those tires are meant for soupy, nasty offroad stuff.
