I have an 87' K10 with the TBI 350. I have found six possible choices, but I believe it is one of the two following numbers:

-14102191
-14102193

Also, when look at the GM crate motors, there are two for the TBI 350. One is 190 hp and the other is 210 hp. They have different compression ratios. From what i can tell, the 190 went into the HD vechicles and the light trucks got the 210 hp version. Am I right?

Correct, th 190 went into 8700 gvw and up.
All 350s have the 193, the 191 is a 305 head. very good heads for low end and mpg...Love mine. They really wake up if you port the exhaust side.

What does something like that cost roughly?

Jim, if someone wanted to port the exhause side, would that require some kind of ECM flash or re-write? I would love to change the cam or port my heads, but the ECM adds an element that I do not understand. I've read some articles on tuning and it just is too much info for me to grasp.

No, only a radical cam change that drops vacuum would need a tune. MAP sensor uses Vac to determine air/fuel ratio, along with the o2 sensor. Lower vac will add more fuel. I personally, knowing what I know now about TBI, would do the porting, and then add 1.6 roller rockers

Would you say skip the cam and go with the 1.6 rockers then? I have always looked at the comp cams website choices. They have a few TBI cam choices, I always thought just the first step would be a good improvement from stock, as people note the stock cam is pretty mild.
