So my radio won't work in my truck? I have another one from my k10 that I can install in my k30 easily could it be wiring or is there known problems with the radio or what? I need to get it workin! Thanks

If the fuse is good, check for power on the yellow lead in the power harness connector (the one with the yellow, gray and black leads). If you have power there, check the black lead for continuity to ground.

If you have power on the yellow and continuity to ground on the black...put your other one in. Matter of fact, it might be easier to just do that first. If the other one works...the installed unit is bad.

You do have a set of speakers hooked up correct?

The image below shows the location of the radio fuse. It is a 15 amp ATC type fuse (i.e. the two bladed stab-in style). The use of glass tube fuses (AGC type) was phased out universally in 1981 - and US manufacturers had switched to ATC fuses even before that.
