I'm gonna put a Dana 60 and a 14bt ff in and when they were taken off the shock mounts were torched off both. So my question is where should I get these at.

They should be fine. Get it all mocked up so you can figure out the shock angles.

The shock mounts were most likely removed because the truck they were going into had a different mounting point for the shocks.

I can take a quick picture of the shock mounts for the 3/4t 14bff that i've got sitting around if you'd like to see.

The shock mounts were removed because the idiot that took the axles off was having too much fun with the torch. And sure that pic would be helpful. I have a 14b sf to look at so idk if it's any different than that.

Alright. I'll grab a picture and a quick measurement in the morning if it still isn't raining.

make your own. use square tubing, use a hole saw close to the diameter of your axle tube. the rear is easy the brackets are straight so you just go straight through. on the front you have to offset the cuts the outer cut must be longer than the inner cut. a drill press makes this job a lot easier because you don't need to use the inner drill for a pilot. I just did this for the rear 14 bolt. I have pics somewhere if you want. highdesertranger

I bought rear ones already. But I may still make the fronts since I can't find any.

What's wrong with the 1-ton upper mounts? I haven't had any issues with them before.

the stock upper mount are non serviceable on the 1tons. the stud is welded to the bracket and even if you can get the stud off there is no way to get nut behind because there is no access and the bracket is riveted to the frame. one of mine was broke and the other cracking. so I made new brackets that are serviceable now they take the same stud as a 1/2,3/4 ton. I had a new set but I wanted to make them serviceable. here's a pic of mine and the crack.

Hmm, I haven't run across that before. Were your shocks possibly too long or too short at some point?

well I have seen this on more than my truck. in fact most of the 4x4s I have run across are at least cracked I think it's just metal fatigue. doesn't seem common in the 2wds. highdesertranger
