Thanks for the heads-up - downloaded and setup.

A lot of my data is in huge pdf files. To post an image requires extracting the page, editing it down to a reasonable size, converting it to a jpg and then heading over to the image hosting site for upload and only then can it be attached in a reply.

I download just about every image you post, so I can only return the favor to the site and to you, and post it back up in a larger size to minimize the redirect.

Got the passenger side on. it works now too. But, my passenger side rod well not come up on its own..nor go down all the way to lock.I put new knob guides or whatever they are called. I can't figure it out as to why it won't. I guess actuator is getting weak. Here is the old locks and the new ones.

The actuators aren't too bad to swap out imo.

Don't this make you wish you had 5 power door locks to troubleshoot like me?

OH I'll have to remember that. I'm scrapping this 91 Burb now. As it is, I just noticed the 4 power windows aren't working. I have a feeling it's the Breaker which is the same issue I had with the 85K1500.

Now that's how they work on my C20. I figured it was the rods and mechanism needing lubed or the motor not quite powerful enough to pull the stiff parts.

if you take the lock knob off it does fine...but it jumps around a lot. Is there supposed to be a guide for the rod where it comes through the hole of the door?

Mine goes down and towards window when lock and up towards the cab when unlock when I don't have the knob on... it won't hardly do anything with the knob on... thank god the driver side works

The extreme cold sure did help. Passenger lock works correctly now.
