Someone on another board adapted '09 Silverado towing mirrors to their square. I was just looking at the thread today but can't remember what board it was.

Lol, that's my truck. The mirrors on it are the original GM mirrors, not universals. The middle ones in your pic are close, but I think the legs are long enough that they would be lower than the body crease. They would probably sit on the door kinda crooked.

Thanks! It basically is a 3 inch lift, the front springs were 4 inchers, but they have sagged. It has 3 inch blocks in the rear. The tires are a 9.00x16, which is a skinny 36".

just a suggestion it is somehow possible to put the west coast style mirrors into the stock (dumbo style) mirror bases, my uncle did it years ago and i was planning on doing it to my truck just to prevent having all the extra mounting holes in the door.

I have those mirrors that bucket has on his crew on my camper special. You will need to find NOS mirrors if you want those, and that's only if you can find someone with them hiding somewhere. I looked high and low for them, and came up with nothing. Those ones from LMC sit lower than than the originals, I have one on my drivers side. They vibrate terrible and whistle in the wind!

If you or anybody finds a place to buy the original style, please let me know! I need another pair!
