I have a Dana 60 as my front differential. A few months back I noticed that the seal was leaking, I dropped the drive shaft and saw that the pinion bearing was obliterated. No rollers to be found, just the part the rollers connect to. When I hold the pinion evenly in the opening, I have probably a half inch of space all the way around. I was wondering if there was any way I could get the rest of the bearing out so I can install the new one WITHOUT disassembling the whole differential. It's in there pretty tight, but maybe you guys have done something similar. On the remainder of the pinion bearing around the outer edge, closest to me, there is a little lip. Possibly big enough to get a puller on.
