So the wife and I were looking for things that we liked in a truck and here is the pictures of what she likes and what I like. she has even agreed to a long bed if I put the suburban front end on it.

Either way I win. The color will be lime green regardless of either configuration. I will add black either from the body line up or as stripes on the hood. So what do you guys think? The wheels that we both like are the cragar soft 8 chrome. These are the same rims that OLD77 has on his ride.

You have good taste in rims lime green is definitely different and will stand out. adding black to it sounds good

I'm a round eye (73-79) first and foremost but the mini quad front definitely looks good and is a pretty straight forward mod to do I'd definitely make that happen if that's what makes the wife happy with it

Here is more or less the paint scheme that I am thinkin of green on the bottom and black on the top. LWB or SWB it don't matter to me because I got her support to do what I want with it. btw a little back history. In Feb of this year I bought my wife the car she always wanted. A maroon 2003 Chevrolet Impala. she has wanted one of these cars forever and I paid 2900 cash for it. so in return the wife said it was time for me to have the truck I been wanting forever!

just going to take time I got until September 5th before I can go out and buy one. I been looking on craigslist and with my price range I could find a nice one. right now all I can do is plan and keep counting down the days. God I can't wait I feel so neutered driving a maroon car with a purple shag steering wheel cover... Its awful lol
