That one may be custom. But I have seen quite a few of the same design but I think they were actual production models, I have no idea what company though. Ive seen a few for sale locally the last couple years, it really wouldn't be hard to fabricate, you just need flat steel for the basic design of it, then you need expanded metal for the grill guard part and something for the uprights to mount it to the bumper

I think I've seen a couple lime that that were made by luverne. My 04 Silverado had a set of luverne nerf bars on it, they were made well. I doubt they're still making anything for squares though.

Thats pretty close to the one that was on some of the CUCV trucks.
