87 R10 guage cluster going crazy

the only thing that is working properly is my speedometer and volt gauge.

the fuel gauge sometimes show the correct amount but it twitches.

the temp gauge twitches between 210 and 110 it does not move slowly it move quickly. i use my test set on this and it hovers around 185 to 191 on temp
.
the oil pressure gauge bounces between 15 and zero and it twitches also. the pressure is 30 psi when i tested with a tester.

i just want to know what will cause the guages to act up on this truck.

oh and it's a fuel injected 305

Intermittent bad ground.
Bad printed circuit.
Bad ignition switch.
Bad connection at cluster.

I'm going to continue the repeats and say it's a bad ground as well. I've dealt with similar issues in the past and this is the cause the majority of the time...

were are the grounds located at? firewall,chassis,body?
i just need the locations of were they are at.

The printed circuit has a large area that is ground for everything that needs ground. The wiring that plugs into the cluster has a few ground wires, and they all go to a 6 or 8 connector ground connector up above the park brake under the dash. It looks like a metal spider...
