Screw Skyjacker unless you are looking for high priced stuff and a theology lesson.
Whichever has the lower spring rate. they're all too stiff.

1" body lift on 4x4 is handy for keeping the frame clean, if you hit the mud.

Anything more wears out the body mounts on the frame, and those are unobtainable unless you scrounge them. Also a good welder
can repair them. When the cab starts squirming around on 3" anything all kinds of drama ensues.
Plus it looks :supergay:

I have to agree, 8 inch lift = rough ride. It's a 4x4 it's not going to ride like a new truck. I would suggest running a FF 3/4 ton rear end, up grade your Dana 44 with 3/4 rotors, or if you can find a Dana 60 do that. Go with a cross over steering set up.

Yea wish I could do that setup but money and energy are an issue. Right now my Truck has a 4" lift just blocks I do believe....is the crossover steering really that much better? I don't know much about it.

Cross over steering makes an amazing difference. The trucks should come stock like that. But fitting one in has room for bad language and you have to keep an eye on your passenger steering arm fasteners. Need to lose the anti-swaybar which really doesn't make a big difference anyway...with good shocks. It's not quite a bolt-on kit like say for example, installing a light bar. The steering box has to be changed to a 2x unit. The jpb is right up there with switching diffs, you know, laying on cement, big wrenches, flame wrenches, jacks and hoist and jack stands. Prybar, swear words, beer all that.

A Ford Dana 44 flat top knuckle helps too.
