I'm going to look at a 1977 chevy k20 camper special his weekend, 8200GVW, has a 355 with a 700r4 supposedly, he also said its a corp. 14BFF and a D60. I was just wondering if these k20 camper specials came with D60's? Havent seen pictures so i'm not sure if it is a D60 or not. I'm really just looking for some more info on the factory equiptment of these trucks. thanks

No, only the '77-up K30's got a D60. It's hard telling what parts may have been swapped these days though. Just have to get a good look at everything and know what you are buying.

My '79 Camper Special K20 has a 10B front and 14BFF rear. They also came with a rear sway bar too. I can't remember what all the "special" items were off my head. Seeing as how his truck has a 700-R4 swapped in, it very well could have a D60, it just won't be stock.
