I was testing to make sure I could POST in a thread, but not start a new thread. It worked great. EXCEPT, it meant members could ONLY POST to threads Mods started throughout the whole forum and would be unable to start new threads at all. Still got some tweeking to figure out.

I went into a few different sub forums and don't see a button for starting a new thread in any of them. I was in an incognito window, so I logged out and went to a regular window, still no button.
