Couple of short trips = condensation in the valve cover area. How's the coolant level? Sometimes aluminum intake and iron heads causes corrosion and a leak at the coolant passages. Maybe do a compression test. I hope its not too bad, I'm jealous of your k5, gm's tpi is one of my top 5 favorite engines and same for k5s. Good luck buddy.

Could there be a crack in the throttle body coolant manifold...in the throttle body side?

Describes most of my driving with it. As a last ditch effort I'll be installing an air-oil separator on the pass side.....maybe even driver side too.......?
