Does this look safe for welding and cutting cab corners by the fuel tank or should I remove the tanks?

I would be worried if shooting lots of sparks grinding. Is that a welding blanket?

Looks covered good. Put a fan near by and I think you're good. I've done worse. Maybe cover both tanks.

Yes. Welding blanket. Using some strip disc's at the moment. They even shoot a few little sparks. Out of cut off wheels until I can get to the store.

If that's a HF welding blanket, I've had weld splatter burn through... ruined a decent sweatshirt.

It is. May borrow one from work. They are thicker. I bought them and it wasn't my money. lol. I'll throw this one on the other side. Dropping the tank looks like a real bitch!
