Low coolant idiot light wiring question.
Been searching on the net and can't find an answer. I have a 1987 GMC Sierra 2500 4X4, 6.2 diesel. The wire to the low coolant sensor managed to get wrapped around the steering shaft and ripped itself out of wherever it went and is no longer attached to anything on the firewall and nothing is left that matches.
Where exactly does this attach or go through the firewall. This way I can figure the rest of this out to fix it. I'd rather have a working idiot light than take the bulb out to block the warning that's now always on.
It worked fine before this happened.
