Hoping someone has some good experience painting those hidden places that you can't see but where rust likes to live...

I am doing a pretty involved resto on a couple of my squarebodies and I really want to get some good rust protection in those lap joints and inside the fenders, hood and cab where the inner and outer walls make it difficult to paint. Any ideas and help would be really appreciated!

If cab/ body is off the frame, build a rotisserie and turn it over.

You can drill holes selectively in spots that will enable you to spray into hidden corners and in the upward direction. Use a step drill to make the holes the correct size for rubber seal plugs. After you're all done, rustproof the access holes and seal off with the rubber plugs.

That's all I've got.
