So here's how it has turned out so far. I'm actually pretty impressed with it. Bumper tilts as well as the clip. Will be doing a bit more to it to make the front bumper tilt with my hood so I won't have to worry about tilting one then the other. Next step to that is using hydraulic struts to help lift the hood and bring it down smoothly. It's heavy but alot more manageable after cutting out the inner supports. YES IT IS ACTUALLY REALLY SOLID

Looks like you been busy getting her done, good job so far. Before you go with hydraulic struts try checking out some electric actuators its quite heavy and you don't want that tilt front end coming down on you.It will eliminate using chains or cables as well when its at full tilt. Good thing about actuators you can use a remote with it and go as high as you want with it and not worry about it.
