To do a 1 ton swap on a K10 (D60 front-14 Bolt rear) Do the Spring perches need to be relocated to work with the K10 or is it a straight bolt in? I know a dually rear 14 bolt won't work but wasn't completely sure on other styles. I know there are two different spring sizes 52 and 56, but are there width differences in the springs that would prevent the use of 3/4 or 1 ton springs on a 1/2 ton?

A 3/4 ton 14 bolt will bolt in but spring perches and shock mounts will need to be moved on a 1 ton.

The rear ujoint on a 14 bolt is a 1350 on both whereas the K10 will have a 1310. You can use a conversion joint or have the driveshaft yoke changed.

The front is a direct bolt in with the exception of brake hoses, these may need to be changed.
