Corvette Cruise Control

I have a 1979 c20 Silverado on a 78 k10 frame. I believe that there’s a 77-79 corvette cruise module mounted on the fender. Would this ever work? I have the A port hooked up to engine vacuum, the b port as a vent, and the c port connected to the brake pedal. There is a 2 wires connecting connector on a slider connected to the gas pedal. And the 2 wires connected to the module appear to be connected right. Just seeing if anyone is familiar enough with both systems.

I think the same cruise control system was used in many GM vehicles with gas engines.
The transducer was used from the early 70ies up to 1980.
Turn signal lever with the cruise knob is the same in Camaros, Impalas, Pontiacs, El Caminos,...
I don't know if the transducers had different calibrations.
That's what I remember when I tried to fix the cruise control on my K5.
