Best front clip?

What yall think is the best looking front end? I gotta 83 stepside, i really like the rounded head lights and am wanting to swap my front out for a 73-78 front end.

Haha, might as well ask what kind of carb is best.

It all depends on the look you're going for. Some folks like the modern look of the '89-'91, while others want the classic look of the '73-'79. Others say that the 80's are a good look.

Personally, I think the styling of the older front clip is a good match for a step side bed... it is an old design after all. Putting a newer clip on a stepside truck looks like two different trucks put together.

For me it's a toss up between a square headlamp '80 and the quad headlamp from '90/'91.

It's a toss up between the 89-91 dual headlight grill or the flat nose, round headlight 73-79.

The recessed 73 grill and round headlights is my all-time fave.

I have the quad lights on my 85, but honestly i like them all 73-91, either way you cant go wrong after all its a Square.

round lights all the way. I do prefer the 79/80 round headlight though with the big chrome buckets that go around the parklights as well, but a very VERY close would be just reg. round ones.
