and $50 for the 4L80 is nuts too.... that kind of pricing makes me want to get a bunch of them lined up and go take a trip down with a trailer. Two days of driving and you can get $1500 a piece for each setup

Surprisingly the average trans 60e or 80e is around 100 bucks here.
If someone can see it run 5-800. But at a JY 100-200 MAYBE.

Yup, things are cheap here.
Average price for a engine is between 100 and 200, trans between 50 and 100.
I see ls and small blocks everywhere, all the time, and pretty cheap. I guess LS swaps aren't a big thing in my area.
The one junkyard I go to the most here, I get some killer good deals. The guy is my buddy, so he let's me know when certain trucks come in that he knows I'd like. And hes told me before, that if I can fit it in my tool bag, I can have it.
I got a set of squarebody doors for 50$, perfctly good rust free bed $200, a cab, doors, fenders, inner fenders, core, and hood $200, bought a whole running jeep cj7 for $400, a military trailer for $175.
Guy gives good deals.

Just the other day, bought a 36 led light bar I found on a truck, for 2 dollars. Works too.

@AyWoSch Motors dang that’s some cheap finds! Def miss living in New Mexico lol. Second hand LS pullouts (5.3/4l60e/ecu/harness) run from 900 n up here…even a sbc with a th300 or th400 would still be 600-700 lol…however you should see all the new chargers n challengers in the ATL metro area’s scrapyards lol!
