Howdy folks. Its been a while. Still slowly chipping away at the o'l K30 cab and chassis. Any idea if these will fit? And perhaps any reviews.
Thanks,

Stock dually wheels are like 6"~7" wide so the tires will definitely fit the wheels. Because of the narrow width and stock backspacing the height probably wont be a problem either.

As far as a review, they are a mud tire so you can expect them to be pretty noisy. The size you posted indicates they are a bias ply tire, not a radial. You could probably expect 15~18k miles of tread life if you take good care of them. The "C" ply rating is pretty light for a dually, this is a rating you'd find on 1/2 ton trucks. If you're not towing or hauling heavy they'll be fine but if you do use the truck I'd recommend finding "D" or "E" load range tires. Being a dually will help compensate for the lighter ply rating but that load range isn't a good choice for heavy weight or towing, they have less sidewall rigidity for towing/sway and are not built to carry nearly as much weight.

I think you may want to not only measure your truck and make that determination, mostly so you learn something, But also take into account what those tires are and what you want them to do for you.

Appreciate the info guys. Actually would prefer a radial myself. Just have a hard time wrapping my head around what the equivalent to a 33" tire is when it comes to the European measurement thing or whatever its called.

Huh? You mean metric ish like most tires today? IE 285-75-16
When you look up virtually any tire the description has tread width and tire height. Or just googling the size ai will tell you.
Maybe your overcomplicating this.
But I’ll make it easy for you, bout the best you can do in radials for a pizza cutter 33” tire is 255-85-16. Very common size. Well used to be when most all HD pickups ran 16s. now not common just widely available.

I daily your truck’s “younger brother”, a 99 K3500 c&c dually. Anything over an LT235/85r16 you will need rear wheel spacers. I run 235/85s up front, 265/75s out back, as both are 31.6-31.7 inches tall. To stay in that range with period correct tires, you would be looking at a Deestone 503 in 7.50-16LT, E (10), F (12), or G(14) ply ratings. Speed max goes way down as ply rating goes up.

Modern radials? 285/75r16 is 33-11, 315/75r16 is 35-12.5, you can get either in AT or MT. I like the sizes I run, but will likely switch to 14 ply RT in 235/85 all around. The K3500 is more tow pig than offroader. IF I don’t straight swap it for a friend’s ‘04 cclb duramax K3500 dually. He’d prefer a gas engine 5spd, I don’t really care either way.
