ok i got a question i have a 76 chevy 1/2 ton with 3/4 ton axels. and i need a front drive line for it . any ideas on what year or size of drive line i would need?

or it just won't fit?

I was thinking if you have one, might just need a conversion u joint.

As for what from to get one, best guess, 73-87 same whel base, short bed or long, etc.
prefferably the same t-case or even trans/t-case combo.

You get one for the right trans/adapter/t-case combo. All the front axles use the same u-joint, so unless other things have changed on the truck from stock, the original front shaft will work.
