Hi all I’m a little new to this. I ended up with a 79 k10 with a sb350 and th350 trans and have been tinkering with it. Never ran right so I check compression and had zero on cyl 3 and 5. Need help with installing a 454 in a 1979 GMC Sierra 4x4 frame
I’m currently restoring my dads 1979 GMC Sierra 4x4. It came with a 350 in it. I bought a Gen V 454 out of a 1991 Suburban and converted it to carbureted. 250i6 to 454 swap
I’m swapping my 250 i6 to a 454 motor and tranny out of a 72 Monte Carlo do I need to move the motor mounts so I don’t hit the firewall? And to anyone who has don’t this what we’re some other challenges you had?- Robert Ramirez
