Is a 2wd 4L60E worth the trouble?
I have a very good condition 4L60E that I pulled from my '96 Caprice. I'm thinking about trying to use it, along with the LT-1 that I pulled from the same vehicle, in my K-10. I would also want to use the PCM, harness, etc. from it. Is it worth going through the trouble of adapting this...- StuB

Hello everyone. I've had an '84 K-10 longbed for about three years now. It had a good bit of rust on the cab, but it ran great ... for about a year, when it suffered a wiring harness meltdown in the driveway. I picked up a painless harness to do a complete rewire.....but one thing...- StuB
