Sbc 350 vacuum hose help
Yep, and you probably never will see a vacuum booster on a diesel equipped unit. Not unless that diesel has an external vacuum pump.- SDTECH1

Olds 350 diesel to sbc swap
Man, I'd disconnect that tank, which I did on my '78, and replace the rubber fuel lines where ever they are. That old rubber wasn't made to run the newer low sulpher fuel through them. I'm positive that they are deteriorating inside and will become an issue at some point.- SDTECH1

Really tight front brakes!
Did the OP lube the sliding surfaces and the bolts? I usually use some silicone grease on the sliding bolts. They can definitely stick. #2 I'd look at the hoses, if old they are prone to collapsing inside and restricting fluid flow. #3 Did you make sure the proportioning valve is still... -
