upgraded altenator. now no spark.
Well like the title says. I put in a 140a alternator today. Ran good for couple hours. Volt gauge at idle was normal but when driving would peg the gauge. Then she quit no spark. Now I know its either the pickup in the dizzy or the coil but did the New alternator cause it? Has anyone else...- eastcoastmat

Hey guys. Just sold my mint rust free 89 k5 because it was too nice to wheel and picked up a 76 k10 all stock with 70,000 miles on it. Gonna do the 3/4 ton swap and 4 inch lift for now. But I'm not gonna make it pretty.- eastcoastmat
