Header suggestions
I have an 84 K10 with a 6 inch lift. I blew the motor, a SBC 350, about a year ago and I have finally found a replacement motor. The motor is a Chevy 454 out of an 88 motorhome. Strange square holes in case...
While I can say I am no expert, but I have tried the same thing with an outdrive from a boat and ended up replacing the out drive. If there is any part that has tolerances you may be better off getting a new case.- BENR9898
