What have you done to your square lately??
This was my first time and it took about 3 hours. I did take my time and didn't force the cover. I had to make some modifications along the way. This particular cover from LMC had a j-channel on the front and back, so there weren't as many hog rings as the original seat cover. -

It wasn't too bad... the bottom was a little tight but eventually (with patience) i was able to get it to fit. This was a cover from LMC...part # 38-2291-LL. i did make a trip to JoAnn Fabrics to get some extra material to wrap the base frame and fill the back of the topside. I'm just waiting... -

Completely tore down the bench seat and started from scratch. New seat cushion ordered from LMC along with a new seat cover. While tearing this apart, i discovered a broken seat frame. Can't wait to sit on it when it is all done -

that is what i was thinking and realized after i sent this. thanks for the quick reply! Where i was struggling was both trucks are the Scottsdale models. The C10 was purchased as a parts truck but after getting it home realized it was too nice for a parts truck...now i have two trucks:rockit: -

So... I am looking for some information from the group. I am in the middle of bring back the 84 k10 i drove when i was young. Due to the age and condition of the grill, i am going to replace it. In addition, while i'm looking at this i noticed the headlights are only a single 5x7 not 2 4x6... -
LED Round Headlight Conversion
i recently did the LED conversion on my C10. Octane lighting out of CA supplied nice lights and pretty close to the OEM look. How did we see years ago with tan lights?..:shakehead:- Shadrap23

completely agree but sometimes you get lucky. I just picked this 84 C10 up for $1500 on CL. Needed brakes and a little love but only had 43K on the rig.- Shadrap23
