    My stepson brought home an '86 or '87 K20. I mentioned this truck about a week ago regarding horsepower, and swapping it for my '86 C10's 331. I finally got a chance to see the block number to actually see what we have going on and it reads 9809900. Can't find this casting number to identify it...

    I purchased a 1986 C10 Silverado in May. Since then the choke light has stayed on while engine runs and runs great. Has a 305 0.300 over and mild cam.
