Glad I could be of some use. I love the fact that I can have a lot of rear cargo space if needed.

    hi from San Diego

Welcome. Do you have any pictures of the burban?

    How about a NEW squarebody?

As a blazer lover I like this picture but what is up with the suburbans with the white doors though?

I made them. My blazer didn't come with the fold and tumble rear seat. I didn't feel like cutting into the floor board and finding the cups that fit into the hole. So I made these. The seat sits a little higher but unless you're 6'4 or taller you don't have to worry about it. Here is a picture...

Repair of broken center pins in my K5

Spend some time fixing both center bolts on rear springs. Notice the leaf spring that is almost out. I'm also missing my pinion angle shim. I also had a buddy replace the broken rear gears. I guess I should go a little easier or upgrade to a 14 bolt.

Sweet truck Sean!!! That is one big s.o.b.

    Lets see your lifted trucks

I have no idea where the rest of that truck is but an 8 foot stepside bed was never very attractive anyhow. It makes for a great utility trailer though. Sorry I haven't been around much. I've been extremely busy with work and home. It seems that the company I work for would rather dump tons of...

My daily driver got some new shoes!

I liked these because they are the best baja style tires you can get. They are great in dirt and sand.

My daily driver got some new shoes!

I need tires for my K5 too and I would put them on my K5 but they don't have the right size. I would consider the 35 inch tires they have if they were wider than 12.5. I'm looking for 36 or 35 inch tires in a 14.5 wide or around there.

Here is a closer internet picture of the tires. The red is not raised. I just put a little tire dressing on them and they look good.

My daily driver got some new shoes!

They are not "raise" red letters so I think I will be OK unless the red is not "UV" protected in which case the red fading to pink with get them switched around to black walls in a hurry, haha. I was playing blackjack. I sat down at a blackjack table in old downtown Las Vegas and turned $100...

    The project I've always wanted!!!

I hope it will be ten times better than my K5 but that is just a dream at this point. I guarantee there will be no corner cut on this project, that is for sure.

Thanks for the feedback guys. The red letters would probably look better with a red or black truck but I think I'll stick with it for now. I never remember any yellow letter tires. Matter of fact the only color I ever remember seeing was white. Do you remember about what year that was?

My daily driver got some new shoes!

We went on Vacation to Las Vegas and for once I came back with more money than I left with. So I added the leveling kit to the front of my Duramax and put some General Grabbers 285/75/16 (basically 33's) on her. Compare to stock picture. I'm looking for some honest but not rude opinions on the...

    The project I've always wanted!!!

The drivetrain I've decided on. keep the 396, go with a built 7004, older Corvette IRS. It will have an Airbag suspension as well. I have other "secret mods" that will be cool as hell and make the truck stand out. I can't wait until I can start on it, but again, it will be a while.

    The project I've always wanted!!!

Yes it has a Camaro front sub frame graphed onto the frame. The back is lowered because back in the 70's my dad added a car rearend and springs to the back to get it lower. I don't know why he did that exactly but the rearend and springs will be hacked off and a 3 or 4 link added with an airbag...

    The project I've always wanted!!!

This was my fathers truck. I rode in this truck as a kid. My father recently passed away and I now have a project that he never got to finish. I've always wanted this truck growing up. As you can see it is in pieces and mostly unfinished but it as a rebulit 396 big block and a camaro front clip...

    My dash and stuff.

It's totally worth it. It comes with everything to do the install. The gauges have a long ribbon wire that goes to the module. It can be mounted anywhere within about 5-6 feet or so. All of the connections go to the module and are clearly labeled. The oil sending unit takes the place of the one...

The pump came mounted to the bracket in the kit.

My v-belt to serpentine belt conversion

It was about 850.00 for the kit. I purchased it through Summit. Of course the kit without a/c will be less expensive though. It would be a pain to find everything new yourself but you would probably save some $$. I wouldn't purchase anything but brackets and such from a wrecking yard. Not worth...

If you had chance to do a extreme mod to your truck what would it be?

Not that extreme but I'd add a 572 and coil springs instead of leaf.
