    1991 Suburban Gearin

Looking at the charts, I think 4.56 or 4.88 is the way to go for me. Does anyone have a suburban with 35's and either of those ratios?

    1991 Suburban Gearin

Overall my setup would be fine for probably 90% of the country. I live in Flagstaff AZ and drive back and forth to Phoenix which is a 6000 ft elevation change. The last 3000 ft of elevation gain happens over like 15 miles which is the real killer part. I dont want to put different axels under...

    1991 Suburban Gearin

A lot of the kits I am seeing online for the GM 10 Bolt say they are for 1980-1987 GM Half Ton trucks. Did the axels change from 1987 to 1991?

    1991 Suburban Gearin

Hey all, I have a 1991 Suburban V1500 with a 350 and TH700r4. I installed a 4" Superlift and 35" Cooper MTPs and it looks amazing. Factory gearing is 3.73 but now its impossible to get up hills so I think I need to re-gear. I am thinking of going with 4.56 and a rear locker so I can tow my...

Suburban Factory Roof / Luggage RackBars

http://i.imgur.com/1dvSZD7.jpg http://imgur.com/fdCZfGF Here is hoping the roof bars can take the weight of the rack and spare tire. I went with a 33" spare because I thought it would be lighter.

Got the lift and tires done. Had to remove the factory running boards but it clears just fine and works great on the rally wheels.

    Suburban 35's on Stock Wheels

All of the information I have found online says these stock 15x8 Rally Wheels have 4" of backspacing. Does that sound right?

    Suburban 35's on Stock Wheels

I know he said backspacing and that was part of my confusion. I understood backspacing to be what you have just described and thus assumed he was just trying to sell me wheels. Thanks for the information! I knew it was n67 but couldn't find a source that listed the dimensions for that wheel.
