huh? you posted my build thread. But no I was wondering if anyone knew if the pre '81 had any irregular shaped holes because mine are rotted out and i was going to just weld in a washer if its round, butttt would need measurements if theyre D shaped. Hey guys, the mounts on my frame for the cab/bed are rotted, I was going to have my welder just weld a washer in but I was just reading somewhere the pre-81 frames (mine is an 80) had "D" shaped holes and not circular. Can anyone confirm, post up a pic or measurement? I gotta get these fixed...- Puglia10

Yup! Should be getting the 80e saturday. Thanks! The truck came with a brand new (200miles on it) detriot tru trac rear end with 3:73s :) I cant wait to see how it goes, everything I own has no balls....but Im always smiling ear to ear in my friends rcsb with 4:11s 3600 stall and line lock, so...- Puglia10

Anyone interested in a 4-link? I'm thinking about going a different route. its BRAND NEW, in box, black. KP components bolt-on 4-link, for 73-87 gm trucks, not sure if it can be made to fit others?
