White strap under gauge cluster on 74
Hello, new to the forum! Has anyone seen a white strap looking thing that is riveted above the windshield wiper switch behind the dash bezel. Possibly a ground? It headed behind the steering column and terminated in some sort of crimp adapter that looks like it used to have a black wire...- triplecvt
