No. I haven't even really started driving her. Just shitty situation.... I just ordered these.... If anything I might need a driver side axle, and I have heard of "diff drop", but want to get her done.... So I think I need to pony up for a new pressure hose and a ps pump now. It's one of those Fd up situations where if I tightened the top of pressure hose (near the ps pump) there really wasnt room to get it in/ manuver the bottom side (by the ps rack) into its position without crossthreading...- Mackadocious916

Bad news... She fired up fine but qhen it came to turning the steering wheel back and forth to get any last bubbles out, I noticed the upper pressure hose leaking. I tightened it a single rotation, but it started leaking horribly....- Mackadocious916

Yeah, but this one is coming together because the other truck is like ground up resto..... Went out today to just put in ps fluid, and tried to trickle charge the battery to no avail. I went down to oreillys to get battery quote of like $130 so figured f it and went to summit for an optima...- Mackadocious916

Oh yeah, and align steering wheel, and fix battery charge issue as I needed to have key on ignition so wheel wasnt locked up while I was finagling steering.... But I got this stuff. I should get alot done the next time I go out.- Mackadocious916

So now I have to tighten the rods, add fluids, get air bubbles out and make sure no leaks. Then tires on , brake bleed, alignment. Work out bumper mounting. But its all in there- Mackadocious916

So then I had to fix steering to rack. It wouldnt work no matter how I angled it, so I cut about an inch out the shaft. Then got the steering all back together.- Mackadocious916

Got the pressure hose in. Had to undo top then install bottom by rack, then re install top. Required removing the airlid to throttle body intake tube.... One hose wasnt long enough with the lift do I had to by a longer hose....- Mackadocious916

Spent about four hours out there today and didnt get much done. Got it ro the point I could get the rack bolted in, but couldn't get the lower pressure hose bolt in... So fought that for a while. Then found I really dont need a steering spacer.when it was to long.. So I basically have to take lt...- Mackadocious916

Went back at it, got the steering joint extension in.... Got the rack loosely installed.... Still gotta tighten the four bolts to the crossmember and one bolt at steering linkage ( but have to straighten wheels and steering wheel first). Also the rods, & top pressure hose bolt...- Mackadocious916

I hear ya on the 31s. I wanted ro see if I could roll the $50 tire set and the 32x 11.5" width as I removed the factory sway and strut bars and it was a little tippy stock on 5.5" wheels. I do like the south African tall and skinny expo look....swampers makes 32x9.5 but at like $200 each But...- Mackadocious916

Its been raining hard, but I Tried to do some more trimming....Now I get why many people are running 31/10.5/15s, or 9.5 width ... Turning in is no problem on this side... Turning out is the problem.... Trimmed down the inner pinch weld but if I go much lower it will separate so am...- Mackadocious916

Saw AutoZone had a radiator for $125.... but then saw this on CL.. picked it up around 945 am.. So I went back at it.... It turns out that the v6 radiator is bigger, so while I love the extra capacity, I had to remove both side supports as it is roughly 2-3" wider on each side...- Mackadocious916

I got the body lift in for the most part...left the grill off until I fix the radiator, condenser fan cover situation... 2" suspension lift 2" body lift...went from 27" stock tires to 32" (could possibly fit 33s) can't wait to see how the bumper will look...- Mackadocious916

Started the body lift around 1pm yesterday. Forgot to take pictures until this point.... Was able to get the front 2 14mm without having to remove the whole head light assembly... To this... This was about step 42/110ish on the low range off road instructions... I tried the do drivers...- Mackadocious916

Spent 3-4 hours grinding and sawzall the font bumper so I could mock up the front bumper. Still some clearance issues, but getting there... The 2" body lift will let me see about final trimming and what hits/ what fits...- Mackadocious916
