So here is the update: after about 20 labor hours I threw in the towel. I was second guessing my iwn mechanical ability at this point-as I felt everything was back together as it should be twice- and it still wasnt fixed... Welp another few days in... Went out and installed the wheel cylinder, and went over both brakes putting the small adjustment springs in....really went over it to make sure nothing appeared out of place... Jacked her up and Started her up and put her in reverse gear and then Heard a thud, shut...- Mackadocious916

Went out for a couple more hours... Made a mess... Put the new wheel cylinder in, but brakes felt more oval than round when putting the drum on, like outta whack but all there... Used old springs because new springs were waaayyy to tight to get on.... Tried bleeding the rear myself and while...- Mackadocious916

Yesterday I was ready for yhe tracker to jump off a cliff and me to jump out the door somewhere beforehand. But im too stubborn to give in... So I went out and in about 40 minutes got the driver rear break together with new pick n pull adjuster. All seemed good, so I thought, why not just drive with one side old bolt, and one new, and see about seating the new breaks on a quick trip around the block. The fan...Cracked and missing... New and improoved...The new adjusters so I will have to partially take apart the drums on both sides to put these ones in, plus some lug nuts, and other hardware...- Mackadocious916

Yeah, got most of everything, I needed... So the install went smoothe with the fan, sway and strut bars, up until attempting the breaks again, got em all together on the one side, but the adjuster spring... Mista spent an hour on it but it got dark on me so I threw in the towel... Think it's...- Mackadocious916

Rows of cars but not a bad day whether wise... There she was....I was so over it I never checked out the xl7s... V6 model lost strut brace, consenser fan, some lug nuts -as some of mine are a little chewed up, both sides adjuster for rear drums, sway bar brackets and bushings... $94 Just got...- Mackadocious916

Thanks Iowan. So I looked at pick n pull options in fairfield as it was either that or stockton. Headed out and it took about 4x hours, but I did stop in dixon to see if the dismantlwr had it. He sounded agreeable, but flaked out so I ended up at pick n pull. Ended up getting everything on...- Mackadocious916

So I had went out earlier and struggled getting sway bar in, turns out I was using the wrong holes 1/4" vs bigger ones... So I had looked all over google for tracker / vitara undercarriage pics to no avail, but then found what I needed in the beginning of this thread went again and figured it...- Mackadocious916

I intended for the first and got the later... So I went to the recyclers in Rancho Cordova... Whole lot of em there... I intended to get strut brace, sway bar, brake piece, and maybe interior a piller plastic piece, but they only had sway bar and I bought a spare rag joint for $60. Kinda...- Mackadocious916

So I tried to go oit and wrap up the other side before work, but was stopped short by the adjuster star... The bolt was bent. So by doing it myself foynd two issues, when I think I paid 40$ for an adjustment a few months ago... Youd think before adjusting, theyd inspect? Anyways looks like one...- Mackadocious916

Went out and jacked up the rear, put jackstands under, and removed wheels...had to go to O'Reilly to get two 8mm x 1.25 bolts to back out the rotor. Since I was one of the first 25, I got a hat for black friday buying 1.70 bolts... Drum removed... The left show was bowed out like spring...- Mackadocious916
