Anyone know trick to install a new (used) door spring?
Most parts on these ole trucks can be installed using enough beer, 3 ft crow bar and 3 lb. hammer. Key word is ENOUGH beer!:party52: Hope this helps!! lol -

Having them soaking in Chem-Dip for over a month has removed most of the factory zinc cadmium... -

Drip Rail
You will want to use the 1/2 to be sure to be wide enough to cover the holes completely. It is the perfect size and will not show. I ordered the tape off Ebay and for just 2 drip rails you will need approx 9-10 ft. that will give you a bit to play with. It is also what I attached my fender...- Paladin

Drip Rail
When I replaced the drip rails on my dually I used 3M double sided foam tape. Buffed off the old stuff to clean metal. Just be sure if you go this route to have it perfectly positioned when you press it into place because this stuff has some serious adhesion! I didn't even need to reinstall...- Paladin
