1984 Silverado Radio Harness Question
The better aftermarket radios have a 12v remote wire that is only hot when the radio is on. They are meant to signal an amplifier to turn on that has a heavy gauge always hot power wire, but would also work for your application.- WFO

Anybody have shorty headers?
I think I would rather run those than shorty headers, but still prefer long tubes. For fitment issues do a search for "Hooker exhaust manifolds" on this site.- WFO
