Speedometer adjustments
And the only thing I've changed on my 84 K is the tire size, so if and when I put the stock Ralley wheels back on I'll have no problems.- donnieray

Dash Cams
The thing I like about the one a coworker has is when the car is parked any slight bump will start a recording. Also his records forward and backwards at the same time. Not sure the brand or cost though.- donnieray

Tires/Wheels from newer Suburban to my 88 Suburban
I think the biggest concern would be spacing, or offset. I've seen newer model wheels on squarebody trucks and they look kind of tucked in the fender wells.- donnieray

Ashtray cup holder design
I have one of those and it's handy but the holders are small. My Yeti mug or anything with a coozie wont fit. They could have made them a little bigger. -

The things I accomplished in between rain showers. Damn I'll be glad when my shop gets built. Changed out the stalk just because the one from 84 was just ugly. Installed the reman wiper motor from Cardone and the thing worked perfectly for about three minutes. Then it wouldn't stop on its on or...- donnieray

Thanks hatzie. I'll be out there with my Fluke tomorrow or Sunday. My hi/lo beam switch has been acting up as well so I was planning on dropping the column to replace that anyway. I may wait until I can get a wiper switch and change both. Just do some proper troubleshooting tomorrow. I'll post...- donnieray

This is a great write up with a ton of information. Im having the same problems and before seeing this I had already bought a new wiper motor and signal lever. With my work schedule I get parts m-f and work on trucks on the weekend. Im sure even if I have to get the pulse module I will get it...- donnieray
