In my thread you all saw the ones that were made to hang full size doors on and allowed painting both sides at once. for other panels the round tubing ones that open up are fine. Pipe insulation sleaves from lowes or those pool noodles...

    Well, I knew better..... but. I was reinstalling the trim in the drivers side kick panel and the e brake was in the way. I knew I should take the brake out, or get a stubby screw driver. I could not resist the urge. So I depressed the e brake tightened the screw, pulled the release handle...

    When my 87 5.7 took a crap 2 years ago, the esc shut the motor down. I waited and it started and i drove it for 3 days knocking like a sum bit. When I tore the motor down, I swear to this day had I just been smart enough to change the oil pump and do the heads, she would still be driving. lol...
