Gentlemen, I am looking for Vehicle EMission Information and Vacuum hose schematic for my project. I have a Rochester quadrajet t4 478 carburetor and included a pic of the engine casting #. There IS a smog pump on the engine. I have a donor motor and I am looking for the routing for the vacuum...- Ken B

I think I have all of the lines for vapor capture done , except 1....the line with green tape at the canister and another green tape near the other end. where does this connect. Didnt know if a carb pic would be helpful , there is a hose plugged with a screw that I need to figure out...unless...- Ken B

Not the same issue, but all good info shared in this post. I have overfilled the trans. I was just going to loosen cooling line and let it drip into a catch pan. really dont want to loosen trans pan bolts. any other ideas?- Ken B

well your passion for this stuff shows thru ! My 1st project started at 56years. My big brothers truck he gave me when I was too broke to afford a second car 40 years ago. I have a fast idle start up with NO cruise control. I will look at throttle cable and see that its free, any other suggestions? No muffler right now so being a nice neighbor and letting people wake up naturally, not to a 350 with no muffler......- Ken B

Question #2 The very small pvc line with green tape, hard to see, does that go to the port on the carb with the green tape? Lots of tubes with screws plugging them that I didnt do so I am just trying to confirm and re plumb these lines- Ken B

So the line with the white tape goes to the air cleaner, I understand and found where that connects. what I do not know is why is there a T in that line and were did or should it go? If not needed can I delete the T ?- Ken B
