So I went to autozone to order links(not in my store) the counter guy was confused on what it was.....and he wanted to know so I explained it's function and why they are used. He was genuinely interested I was encouraged that maybe he will keep learning and be there for a.minute Not like others...- Ken B

Fusible link replacement
Looking for advice , should a replacement fusible link be installed with crimp connectors or solder? I have found the link that powers the fuse block is dead. so just asking if a but splice is ok to use or if soldering is better?- Ken B

so I have a couple of these fusible links on my truck. Are 2 into 1 on fusible link still recommended? Are they available? Or should I run extra links on each wire to terminal end?- Ken B

Another box arrived yesterday. I have received all the bits and pieces and parts except the dash, visors and door panels. Slow but good quality...hoping to get the rest soon. I knew it was going to be a long process but happy i ordered early. Hell I havent touched the truck in 6 weeks so ..... -

PS hose/threads size
Had sacrificial hose had to unbend the metal bends a little,turned it back on itself. Very short loop.- Ken B

PS hose/threads size
Wondering if anyone knows the size and type of thread on a power steering hose. Looking to get plugs for the steering hub or cap off hoses to stop getting squirted when I try and kick the wheels to turn donor truck/chassis- Ken B

Front Air Deflector
Looking for some help/advice. I need to replace the front lower air deflector (below front bumper). I see on LMC truck that they offer a "taller" version but it is out of stock. Does anyone else offer the taller version 5 1/2 vs the 4" ? I think the taller version would be good to get if I can... -
