    Paint engine compartment?

My firewall was painted the body color, but for me, too much work keeping it clean driving everyday. So I sprayed undercoating on it and painted it and the inner fender wells and everything else but the inside of the fenders rattle can satin black. Also used chromed body bolts and rattle can...

    Fuel leaks down?

I run 100% non ethanol in mine. In the summer during our irrigation season she will sit in the garage as long as 2 weeks and I have to crank longer than normal to prime the carbs back up. Mechanical pump also. Was gonna put a one-way check valve before the pre-filter but not worth the 50 bucks...

What have you done to your square lately??

This is a “to do at a later date when time permits” sorta thing. Been almost 2 years trying to make this happen, but since this isn’t a have to have item, things in life would come up and I would’ve never felt fight getting this while neglecting something else. I totally changed the interior...

Anyone know how to change the radio light bulb?

I know he didn't specify, but his profile shows he has an '87 custom deluxe. I would think it would have to come out in order to get a the display light.

GM paper or K&N hi- flow filter, Worth the cost in a stock truck ?

True. I had no issues while driving this in a moderate rain. If the rain was heavy, I just slipped the raincoat on it.

GM paper or K&N hi- flow filter, Worth the cost in a stock truck ?

Did you ever make a choice on which filter to run? K&N for me also. Ran the same one on the bug catcher for 11 years. 2 more months will be 2 years on the carbs. Like Perry said, I have used simple green for the cleaner and just buy the oil in the aerosol can from o’Reilly’s @ $10.00. A light...

What have you done to your square lately??

Knocked the summer grime off and put a good coat of wax on to help repel the winter crud that will be here before we know it.

    8 MPG?

I can squeeze 10 mpg on the highway. In town....not so well. Sb with a few bolt-on parts, 33 tall rear tires, 4.56 gears. Ran efi for several years and didn’t get any better mileage.

What have you done to your square lately??

I'm liking it. Once the heat fades it a bit it'll look good. Have seen this at plenty of shows. Still like the old holley covers too.

What have you done to your square lately??

Seems like it was only yesterday that I put these on the front. Checked the date stamped on the tires.....2007! They say 8-10 years is about normal. At first it kinda had a wobble but thought it was a bearing going out. Never seen anything out of the ordinary. But when it let go, it let go...

What have you done to your square lately??

Guys, them are some mighty fine engine bays! I do have 1 constructive criticism tho....the master cylinders need a coat of paint as they kinda stand out right now.

Them guys have been inhaling way too much tire smoke. Totally insane. But they sure can handle their cars.

Shane, I have to wonder, how many spectators have been injured at those events? To go until the tires pop will send shrapnel everywhere. I have personally seen someone hit by a chunk of tire and it wasn’t pretty. Competitions I have been in, spectators are kept well away from any possible...

American....impressive, yes. But still boring to watch. European.....putting other lives in jeopardy because of their stupidity. Iraqi...skill level above average. Not enough sound or smoke. IMO, nothing beat the Aussies.
