    Well, it does have ABS, and traction control, and stability control, so the computer does mess around with the brakes to try to make it do what you are asking it to do -- stop, go, and go straight.

    Yeah, mechanical advance should be about 20 degrees, so you want base timing of 18* BTDC to give 38 total. Or you can just check the timing at 2500 rpm and aim at 38* BTDC at that rpm.

    As far as the cam, read the threads above! Everything you want to know is there. I've written it once already. 2101 fits the Qjet and will work fine. The 2601 will work a bit better in hot weather but *must* have a thermac air cleaner or it will suck big time in the cold.
